Trim Piece Count Tool
For the best possible value and usage of material we recommend ordering trim, moulding, casing, and base in the exact lengths and number of pieces needed. When working with hardwoods boards longer than 8' usually are charged a premium and cutting 8' boards down to make shorter lengths isn't always practical.

To help you get the most efficient use of material and the best possible price please use this trim piece count tool. There are just a few short steps to the process.

Start a new list
Look at the information that is required. At a minimum you must enter a wood specie, and profile. If you aren't sure just leave them and we will help you decide after you enter the measurements.
Go room by room and make a note of the number of peices and length. You can measure in inches, feet, or both. There is an optional field for "Room" and "Usage" that will assist you in keeping track of what each item was for.
When you have added all of the millwork make a note of the "List ID" and click save. You can also print out the page for your records. Call Hardwood Interiors and give us the list id and we will quote you the best possible price based on your needs.

If you have different types of trim simply make another list! There is no limit to the number of lists you can make.

Your order will have a computer generated cut list that shows how to best utilize the material supplied for your order.
