Job Opening
Bratu’s Hardwood Interiors, Inc has an opening in the next several weeks for a experienced equipment and building maintenance worker. Applicant must be open to learning new tasks and being cross trained in plant operations. Must be self motivated and able to identify and follow through on tasks.
Desired skills:
- Knowledge of 3 phase electrical motors and wiring for diagnostics and repair. Ability to wire new equipment would be a plus.
- Familiarity with wood working equipment; chop saws, dust collection systems, planers, moulders, sanders, rips saws. Previous wood experience a plus.
- Mechanical ability to service and maintain fork lifts and yard vehicals.
- Ability to organize equipment and tools.
- Develop maintenance procedures, manage the usage of the procedures by plant personnel, and follow up on maintenance.
- Metal fabrication skills are a plus. Experience with welding, cutting torches, metal lathes and milling machine is desirable.
